Business Process Outsourcing in Central Europe

Learn more about near-shoring to Central Europe, Amsterdam

More and more companies from Western Europe are moving part of their activities to countries in Central Europe (near-shoring). Countries such as Hungary, Poland and Romania offer many advantages compared to countries in other parts of the world such as China and India (off-shoring).

Although there are still cultural differences, they are considerably smaller. This leads to lower cost risks for outsourcing activities. In addition, the countries of Central Europe with a flexible labour market include well-trained staff.

At the event, alongside representatives of the Hungarian Embassy, several international organizations take part. BT Benelux who have more than 1300 people working in Hungary in an SCC. TMF-Group, a business service provider active in 80 countries, also in Hungary. They will talk about their experience in BPO in Central Europe and Hungary in particular.

At the end of the program, you will have the opportunity to speak to the participants in a round table discussion.
